WORSHIP
Our worship at Central Church is traditional and Bible-based. Our services include a strong emphasis on confession, prayer, creeds (what we believe, or statements of faith), the sacraments, and music.
There is a weekly children's sermon through puppetry during the program year (September through May), and the children are invited to be dismissed to a time of learning and activity downstairs.
All are welcome as we worship, witness, and serve TOGETHER! Our traditional worship service is held every Sunday at 10:50 A.M.

We celebrate the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper once a month, usually on the first Sunday. We also celebrate a variety of special seasons and ethnic celebrations often in worship, with emphasis on Scottish and Welsh culture as it relates to our faith heritage.

Our congregation also participates in leading worship services at the Highlands Community Center in Tarentum, which is located inside the Dalton’s Edge Senior Living Complex on Second Avenue.
These services are held every Wednesday morning at 10:45 A.M., and Central shares in the leadership for these services with approximately eight other local congregations.
